Divisions

The Blytheville Police Department is divided into three Divisions: Administration, Patrol, and Criminal Investigation.

The Blytheville Police Department is divided into three Divisions: Administration, Patrol, and Criminal Investigation. Each division is assigned a commander and is staffed by both sworn police officers and or non-sworn civilian employees.

The Department also maintains specialty units such as K-9, Honor Guard and Special Response Team (SWAT).

The Blytheville Police Department is also a member of the 2nd Judicial District Drug Task Force Mississippi County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force and FBI Safe Streets Task Force.

The Blytheville Police Department may also utilize Bicycle Patrol During events or on special occasions.
